Smith Shop has space available for 3-4 tenants interested in having a workbench in our 800 sq. ft. small metals studio. The shared space also functions as a commercial artistic metalworking studio and a classroom offering 6-week evening classes quarterly. We are hoping to find serious hobbyists, part-time professionals, or a start-up business who would like access to a well equipped metalworking studio in addition to having dedicated bench space. We prefer a 1-year lease but can be flexible. The cost is $400/ month. Terms negotiable. Longer leases may receive a better rate.

Amenities: 14 ft ceilings (new roof 2022), ample natural light through refurbished windows, heated shop space, access to mop and utility sink, renovated bathroom and kitchenette, workbenches, storage, lockers, access to our fully equipped metalworking tools (with training or approval) including:

Soldering station, extensive forming area, large jewelry work bench, flex shafts, jump shear, beverly shear, drill press, buffing machine, enameling kiln, draw bench, sink, pickling station, and more.
